Wilson County’s first & only Power Yoga studio, Unity Yoga Room exists to empower our community to discover & live out vitality, compassion & wellness in mind & body.

Our classes are designed to introduce beginners to yoga & to challenge those w years of experience.

We offer a variety of classes daily: Power Flow, Hot 26, Yin & Gentle Flow.
